Forgiving What You Can’t Forget

Forgiveness doesn’t mean pretending it didn’t hurt. It means giving God permission to heal what you can’t carry anymore. 💛

In this vlog, I talk about what it really means to forgive when the pain runs deep — when you can’t forget, and when the apology never came.

Sometimes we hold on, thinking it protects us. But in reality, it only keeps us stuck.

God wants to free you from that weight. Not for their sake — but for yours.

“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”— Ephesians 4:32 (NIV)

💭 Reflect:

Who or what have you been struggling to forgive — and what would it feel like to finally let it go?

Take a moment to talk to God about it. You don’t have to have the words — just be honest. He already knows your heart.

Forgiveness isn’t easy, but peace is worth it.

Every time you release the pain, you make more room for God’s healing.

Remember — it’s not about forgetting. It’s about freeing your heart so you can walk in grace again.
